Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services

Pinterest Kickstart Call (£97): If you need to reschedule, please give at least 48 hours' notice. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis before the call takes place; once the call and follow-up document have been delivered, the service is considered complete.

Pinterest Set-Up & Optimisation (£195): Cancellations made before work has begun may be eligible for a refund. Once the set-up work has started or been delivered, refunds are not available.

Full Management (£300/month, minimum 3 months): The 3-month minimum commitment applies. You may cancel after the minimum period by giving 30 days' notice in writing to jillh.va@gmail.com.

Digital products

Shop coming soon. Once digital products are available, due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads, refunds will generally not be available once a product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a problem accessing your purchase, email jillh.va@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.

How to request a refund or cancellation

Email jillh.va@gmail.com with your order or booking details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within our working hours (Monday to Thursday, 10am–5pm UK).

Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically, either via instant download after purchase or via a secure link sent to your email. Services are delivered as described on the Services page.
