Hi. I'm Jill

Several years ago, I was fortunate enough to take early retirement after 21 years working as a medical secretary. I set up Jill H VA almost by accident in 2020, when an ex-colleague asked if I could offer some admin support remotely.

My VA business has grown since, with a lovely bunch of clients. I started with healthcare providers, and later worked with wellness coaching businesses, among others, helping with admin, tech tasks, social media, and lead generation.

For the past five years, I've also run a successful skincare and cosmetics business with my husband. Learning how to get our own business seen taught me a lot about social media, and I began using those skills to help other business owners get visibility too.

Pinterest is where things really clicked. I started using it for my own business and quickly saw how much it could help with visibility, and get leads flowing in. I could see the same potential for a client, so I started using it for her business too, and watched the same thing happen, more eyes on her offers, and her email list starting to grow. My first Pinterest management client was thrilled when she saw her first set of analytics, and continues to be delighted with how much new traffic her website receives, and how steadily her list keeps growing.

Who I help

My ideal client is a coach, online expert, or service provider who's poured time, energy and money into building their business, their email list, website and offers, but they're not getting the visibility or return they hoped for.
